2. Programme of the course includes:
A. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
- principles of finance, corporate finance, international finance
- financial law, budget management, public finance
B. FINANCIAL SERVICES
- financial sources, corporate banking, faktoring and forfaiting
- leasing, insurance, hybrid financing, finance for green projects
C. INVESTMENTS
- capital markets, stock markets, alternative investments
- investment banking, securities markets, cryptocurrencies
D. FINANCIAL ANALYSIS
- fundamental analysis, technical analysis, financial auditing
- financial risk analysis, investment risk analysis, financial statements
3. Learning system:
- total number of the course hours: 480 (1 course hour = 45 minutes)
- incl. 400 class hours + 40 final project + 40 consultations
- learning system: 2-3 classes a week, 12-14 hours a week
- place of the course: centre of Warsaw/Nowy Świat Street 49
- confirmation of completion: certificate, a final project preparation is required
- instruction language: English
4. Fees:
- registration fee: 250 EUR or equivalent in USD or PLN.
- course fee: 1900 EUR or equivalent in USD or PLN
- for PLN please use an average exchange rate ofthe National Bank of Poland on the day of payment www.nbp.pl
- payment of the course fee in installments possible.
- additional fees: for the case of sending the original documents by courier post: 50 EUR (or USD, PLN equivalent);
- delivery of the confirmation documents by the Polish Post Office free of charge.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE – 12-month course

2. Getting by email an INFORMATION on the course and admission procedure.
3. Payment of the required fees, depending on the procedure.
4. Issue of the confirmation documents.
