12-month Vocational Course TOURIST AND HOTEL BUSINESS (download)
We are pleased to offer the professional course, that allows you to gain the skills required to work as a specialist in the field of tourism and hotel business.
Practical skills gaind during the course, include operating hotel enterprise, knowledge of the regulation for tourist and hotel activities, creating business plans, internet site design and marketing, social media in e-business and hotel brand creating.

2. Programme of the course includes:
A. HOTEL ECONOMY
- hotel economics, operations, food and beverage systems, cost and purchasing
- tax policy and regulation, support for hotel business, tools of economic analysis
B. TOURISM
- global tourism, new consumer tourist trends, regulation,
- regulation for e-commerce, e-commerce markets, new trends in e-commerce
C. HOTEL AND TOURIST BUSINESS
- creating business model, business plan, establishment of startups
- brand creating in e-business, hotel events, financing sources
D. HOTEL MANAGEMENT
- e-marketing, social media in hotel business, employment policy
- inventory management, hotel technologies, hospitality marketing
E. POLISH LANGUAGE COURSE – LEVEL A1 (for interested candidates)
F. ACCESS TO THE INTEGRATION ACCELERATOR FOR INTERNATIONALS
3. Learning system
- the number of the course hours: 500 (1 course hour = 45 minutes)
- language of instruction: English
- place of the course: centre of Warsaw/Nowy Świat Street 49
- training methods: presentations, workshops, case studies, projects
- for certificate of the course completion is preparation of the business project required
- group size: up to 10 participants
- confirmation of completion: certificate
4. Fees
- registration fee: 250 EUR or equivalent in PLN, paid during application, not refunded, also if visa will be refused;
- course fee: 2300 EUR or equivalent in PLN, paid within 3 days after visa receiving before date of arrival to Poland;
- in the case of TRC applicants and already residing in Poland, the course fee paid in advance or in 2 installments.
ADMISSION PROCEDURE – 12-month course
- Sending signed APPLICATION FORM (for 12M course), with scan of the passport and CURRICULUM VITAE to: office@wmsb.edu.pl
- Please see the ADMISSION RULES.
- Receipt by e-mail of the offer letter. The offer letter is free of charge.
- Payment of the registration fee. The registration fee is not refundable also if the visa will be refused.
- After receiving of registration fee issue of the final documents confirming admission (acceptance letter and proof of payment).
- Payment by the Applicant of the course fee within 3 days after visa receiving before date of arrival to Poland.
- The course includes cost of the trainer, learning materials, assessment of the final project, preparation of the certificate.
- Signing the contract with timetable.
- Start of the course.
